Illegal arms manufacturing factory busted in Moradabad, police arrested 9 people and sent them to jail:

News Topical, Digital Desk : UP News: Police in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, arrested 9 people and exposed an illegal arms manufacturing factory. Police recovered a large number of pistols, half-made pistols, cartridges, hand grenades and weapons manufacturing equipment along with explosive material. Police arrested 9 people of the gang involved in manufacturing and supplying pistols and cartridges. All these people used to supply illegal pistols and cartridges in Moradabad district as well as in the NCR region.

Moradabad's SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said that these people have supplied hundreds of illegal pistols and cartridges so far. Revealing the factory of making illegal pistols and cartridges in Galshaheed police station area of Moradabad, SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said that an informer had informed SSP Satpal Antil about the supply of illegal pistols and cartridges to other districts. After which the SSP formed different police teams. All the police teams together have caught the factory of making illegal pistols and cartridges.

Many weapons including 2 kg gunpowder and a live bomb were recovered

SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said that 4 pistols of 315 bore, 2 pistols of 12 bore, 1 pony of 315 bore, 2 semi-made pistols of 315 bore, 54 live cartridges of 315 bore, 5 live cartridges of 12 bore, 1200 cartridge sticks, 150 semi-made cartridge bullets, 88 made and semi-made pistol barrels, 7 pipes, 2 kg of gunpowder, 1 live bomb, 7 bundles of firecrackers with Murga Chhap Tikli, about 10 kg of semi-made pistol body sheets and tools for making illegal weapons and cartridges and a car were recovered from them.

Police filed a case and sent him to jail

9 people Ankit, Arun, Anshuman, Tushar, Javed, Sameer, Idrish, Zakir and Rizwan, who were making illegal guns and cartridges, have been arrested. All of them have been sent to jail after filing a case under Section 3/5/25 Arms Act and Section 5 (a) Explosive Substances Act. According to the police, Idrish, Zakir and Rizwan together set up a factory of guns in Zakir's house in Tariq Nagar and used to manufacture guns.

Weapons were sold for 5-5 thousand rupees in Delhi-NCR

Cartridges are manufactured by setting up a cartridge factory at the house of Javed resident Khokharan near Madina Wali Masjid, Thana Mughalpura. After that, Ankit, Arun, Anshuman and Tushar used to take pistols and cartridges from Javed and Sameer and sell them at different places. Javed used to take pistols from Idrish. Idrish along with his associates Zakir and Rizwan used to make pistols and commit crimes. These people used to work by forming three different gangs. So far, these people have sold hundreds of illegal pistols to criminals in Moradabad and nearby districts and Delhi NCR for Rs 5,000 each. The police is now trying to find out their customers.
