State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal stated that this is the National President's first visit to Himachal Pradesh after the NDA and BJP's landslide victory in Bihar, and thousands of workers will welcome him at the Peterhof grounds.

Sharp attack on Congress government

Dr. Bindal launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, saying that the Congress government's three years were spent solely on criticizing the BJP. Even at the government events held at the cost of crores of rupees, public issues were not raised, there was not a single concrete development point, and the entire program devolved into a political slugfest of infighting and baseless accusations against the BJP. He said that the Congress government neither fulfilled its old pledges nor does the public have any faith in its new pledges. State in-charge Shrikant Sharma also strongly criticized the Congress, saying that the Congress government's three-year Sankalp program proved to be a program of "tu-tu, main-main" rather than "resolution." The Congress party is heading towards extinction not only in the country but also in Himachal Pradesh. Its downfall is inevitable because Congress leaders are preoccupied with the Gandhi family rather than the state and its people. The state's future cannot be secured with such a party. The BJP leadership stated that the foundation stone laying ceremony for the newly constructed office will inject new energy into the organization, and Nadda's felicitation ceremony will set a new direction in state politics.
