Citing the report of NITI Aayog, the RJD leader described Bihar as the worst in the field of education, health and industry. He claimed that Bihar's per capita income and per capita investment is the lowest in the country. He also described the law and order situation in Bihar as the worst.
Tejashwi Yadav shared the Prime Minister's face mask picture and wrote in the post on Twitter, "Mouth did not open at all." He further said sarcastically, “PM Modi did not comment on the burning problems of the state like unemployment, poverty, migration, poor health and law and order.”

The RJD leader said that Bihar is at the bottom in most parameters of development and progress. He said, "The NDA government of 20 years and the Central government of 11 years never discuss these burning issues of public interest nor do they want to do so." Expressing concern for the health of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav accused PM Modi of being silent. The RJD leader said that PM Modi keeps repeating the projects and announcements going on since 2015 by laying the foundation stone and inaugurating them several times.

Tejashwi Yadav also raised questions on the inauguration and foundation stone laying of projects in the election year. He said that Bihar is not going to be fooled by the inauguration and foundation stone laying of previous projects. Tejashwi Yadav said, "Prime Minister, this is Bihar, Biharis do not fall for such a trap! They know very well who is lying and how much?"
