Maa Kalaratri is related to the highest chakra of the seven chakras present in a person's body, the Sahasrar. If a person reaches this chakra through sadhana, he embarks on the path of divinity. Worshiping Maa Kalaratri destroys fear, accidents and diseases.
Along with this, negative energy has no effect on life. If a person is going through the pain of Shani, then he gets special benefit by doing the worship of Maa Kalratri.

This is how you should worship Maa Kalratri
On Saptami, wake up early in the morning, finish your daily chores, take a bath and wear clean clothes. After purifying the place of worship with Gangajal, install the idol or picture of Maa Kalratri. After this, offer roli, kumkum, rice, red flowers, incense to the mother.
Mother is especially fond of red flowers. Therefore, offer hibiscus or rose during her worship. After this, chant the mantras of Maa Kalratri. Recite Durga Chalisa or Saptashati.
After this, do the aarti of Maa Kalratri and offer her bhog. Offer jaggery or sweet things made from jaggery to Maa Kalratri. Malpua can also be offered to her.
