The owner's dog was also in the car. Police were immediately alerted, and using the car's GPS tracker and a blockade, the police recovered the car within two hours and arrested a young woman. Two other criminals managed to escape. CCTV footage of the robbery has also gone viral.
The arrested woman, Nav Seerat Kaur, is the girlfriend of the criminal Lovejeet and a resident of Punjab. The three had come to Jaipur from Indore with the intention of committing a robbery. Police have claimed they will soon arrest the absconding criminals.

In Sitarampuri Colony, under the jurisdiction of the Brahmapuri police station, the school owner's driver arrived to pick her up at 8 a.m. He put her pet dog in the car and waited. As soon as the driver sat in the driver's seat, one of the criminals sneaked into the passenger seat. Before the driver could react, a second criminal arrived with a pistol drawn, forced the driver out, and drove away. The dog was also left in the car.
The family immediately informed the police, after which the police started searching for the criminals by setting up a blockade with CCTV footage and GPS tracker.
The car was found two hours later and the criminals were absconding.

The school owner's dog was found alive and safe inside the car. A young woman was also present in the car, whom the police immediately arrested. The two main accused abandoned the car and fled into the forest. The search for them is still ongoing.
DCP North Karan Sharma said that the GPS installed in the car proved to be a huge help. The car was recovered within two hours. The search for the main accused, Lovejit and Komal Singh, has been intensified. Both will be apprehended soon. He added that the criminals, Lovejit Singh and Komal Singh, are residents of Punjab, and the arrested woman, Seerat Kaur, is Lovejit's girlfriend and a nursing student.
Four days ago, there was an attempt to rob in Indore.
During interrogation of Nav Sirat Kaur, it was revealed that the three had attempted to steal a car in Indore four days earlier, but were unsuccessful. They then arrived in Jaipur on Saturday morning and carried out the heist. Nav Sirat Kaur was standing a short distance ahead when the car was stolen, and the criminals later made her sit in it.
