New Delhi. On 15th August, three big Hindi films were released at the box office. These include Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree, Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's Veda. Although Stree 2 has gone far ahead in terms of collection, Veda is holding its feet in this crowd.

How much was the collection of the film

There was a tough competition between Veda and Khel Khel. Veda seems to be ahead of Khel Khel in the race so far. John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh were seen in the lead roles in this film. This is a full-fledged action thriller film. The way Stree 2 was creating craze, Veda has scored decent points for itself. According to industry tracker website Sacnilk, John's 'Veda' earned 6.3 crores at the domestic box office on the first day. Whereas it has collected 9.47 crores worldwide.

This figure is quite good compared to John's previous films except Ek Villain Returns. Ek Villain Returns had earned Rs 7.05 crore on the first day.

Veda second day collection

Veda was released on Thursday, 15 August 2024 in three languages ​​Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Veda had collected 0.79 on the second day which is the beginning of the weekend till the time of writing the news. According to this, the total collection of Veda has become 7.09 crores. Veda can collect 3 to 4 crores by the end of the day.

Veda OTT Release

Although there is no official announcement of Veda's OTT release date and platform yet, reports claim that the film will be released on ZEE5 after its release in theaters. Apart from John Abraham and Sharvari, Veda stars Abhishek Banerjee, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kumud Mishra and Ashish Vidyarthi in important roles. Abhishek Banerjee will be seen playing the villain in this film.
