News Topical, Digital Desk : Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd., an air and gas compressor manufacturing company listed on the BSE 500 Index, announced an interim dividend along with the release of its second quarter results for fiscal year 2025-26. The company's board of directors, meeting at its meeting, declared an interim dividend of ₹55 per share. This dividend will be paid on each equity share with a face value of ₹10.

The company stated that the record date for the interim dividend has been set as November 25, 2025. Investors whose names are listed on the company's records by that date will be entitled to the dividend. The dividend will be paid on December 11, 2025. The company was founded in Kolkata in 1921 and is considered one of the earliest American investments in India. As of November 16, 2025, the company's market cap on the BSE was ₹12,026.15 crore. 

Share Performance: On Friday, the company's shares closed at ₹3,800, up 1.35 percent. Over the past year, the company's shares have declined 5.47 percent.
