Tuesday's holiday filled the makers' account
Ranveer Singh's spy thriller may have a long runtime, but it's keeping audiences in theaters from getting bored even for a second. According to a report by sacnilk.com, the film has fully capitalized on the holiday on Tuesday, the 27th.
The film earned an impressive single-day worldwide box office collection of approximately ₹9.31 crore on Tuesday, marking the best single-day figure for any Hindi film in its fourth week of release. With this, the total worldwide collection of "Dhurandhar 2" has now reached ₹1,727.93 crore.
'Dhurandhar 2' is all set to become the second biggest film.
Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun and Sanjay Dutt starrer 'Dhurandhar 2' has already become the second highest grossing Hindi film of 2026 worldwide, but now it is also set to become the second biggest Indian film after 'Dangal'. Spy thriller 'Dhurandhar 2' now needs to cross just Rs 14.17 crore mark to break the lifetime record of Rs 1,742.10 crore of Allu Arjun's blockbuster 'Pushpa 2'.
Meanwhile, to surpass Prabhas's "Baahubali 2," the film needs to earn another ₹60.13 crore. However, this week, Akshay Kumar's horror-comedy "Bhoot Bangla" is hitting theaters, hoping to slow down "Dhurandhar 2" and directly challenge it at the box office. It will be interesting to see how quickly "Dhurandhar 2" can break these big records.
