Trikonasana

Trikonasana is also considered very beneficial for diabetes patients. It not only reduces the blood sugar level , but can also relieve stress. If you do it daily, your digestion can improve. To do this, spread your legs at hip distance. Now bend one leg at 90 degrees. While the other leg has to be kept straight. Now touch the right hand to the ground and keep the other hand on top. You have to repeat this process at least three times from each side.

 

Dhanurasana

Dhanurasana is also a great yogasana for diabetes patients. It activates the pancreas. It also promotes the production of insulin. If you do Dhanurasana daily, it maintains the blood sugar level. To do this, lie down on your stomach and bend your knees. Now hold your ankles with your hands. After this, slowly raise your chest and legs. Stay in this position for a few seconds.
