News Topical, Digital Desk : The clouds are raining heavily in the country's capital Delhi. At the same time, politics has also started on the situation created after this heavy rain. Aam Aadmi Party has raised questions on the Rekha Gupta government of Delhi. AAP says that the claims of the government in Delhi have been exposed.

On Wednesday (July 23), the Aam Aadmi Party wrote on its official X handle, “The entire Delhi has been submerged in water due to a little rain. CM Rekha Gupta ji, what happened to your wonderful arrangements and preparations?”

Where is the proper planning of the government- AAP

In another post, AAP wrote, "After the rain this morning, the road in West Vinod Nagar area (NH 24) is completely submerged. CM Rekha Gupta ji, where is your proper planning?

It further read, "You had boasted a lot in the media about waterlogging but today the whole of Delhi is submerged and you are relaxing in your Mayamahal. The public is now swimming on the roads and is also calling all the BJP leaders for swimming."

Congress also surrounded the government

Apart from Aam Aadmi Party, Congress also criticized Rekha Gupta government for waterlogging after rain in Delhi. Delhi unit chief of Congress Devendra Yadav shared a video on his X handle and wrote, "The condition of the country's capital. School classrooms are submerged in water, it is clearly visible how much this government cares about the future of the country. Does the triple engine have any answer?"

BJP gave the answer

At the same time, BJP countered the statements of Congress and Aam Aadmi Party. Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said, "It is the efforts of the BJP government that waterlogging does not occur at many sensitive places and if it does occur, the work of draining it out begins as soon as the rain stops."

She used to go to know about it every monsoon- Sachdeva

Sachdeva further said, "The people of Delhi have not forgotten that due to the negligence of the Arvind Kejriwal government, every monsoon many lives were lost due to drowning in waterlogging or due to electric shock at public places."

He further wrote, "It is a matter of regret that whether it is AAP leader Atishi Marlena or Manish Sisodia, all of them used to only make statements on sewer cleaning and waterlogging even when they were in power and even today, instead of doing something revolutionary, they are engaged in making insensitive statements."
