Meanwhile, Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput said that if Manoj Tiwari is demanding the Bharat Ratna, he should write it on letterhead and submit it to the Prime Minister. Why is he making the demand in front of the media? He further said that it would be better to submit this demand in writing to the Prime Minister's Office or the President. Mangal Pandey was a freedom fighter.
