News Topical, Digital Desk : Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad received a major relief from Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court. The court dismissed a petition seeking an order directing the police to file a case against Chandrashekhar. The court also rejected a request by Swiss-based doctor Rohini Ghavri to file a case against MP Chandrashekhar under Section 173(4) of the IPC in connection with a sexual assault case.

While dismissing the petition of Dr. Rohini Ghavri, Chief Judicial Magistrate of Rouse Avenue Court, Neha Mittal said that Dr. Rohini Ghavri has not followed the necessary legal procedure while filing the petition.
