The trailer and songs of the film have created a lot of buzz even before its release. However, reports came in that the film is struggling to get screens due to the huge demand for Sye Raa and Mahavatar Narasimha. Meanwhile, according to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the CBFC has passed Son of Sardaar 2 without any visual cuts but has asked for some dialogues of the film to be removed or changed.
Which dialogues were asked to be changed?
It mentions Chinese President Xi Jinping, so the CBFC has asked the makers to either mute the name or change it. Apart from this, the word "Madam" has been asked to be used in place of the item song. The dialogue 'like a dog' has been changed to 'very badly' and apart from this, a dialogue starting with God has been asked to be changed.
There will be a clash between the film and Dhadak 2
'Son of Sardar 2' has received a U/A 13+ certificate from the CBFC. The duration of the film is 2 hours 27 minutes. The first part of the film was quite entertaining, so there are a lot of expectations from the second part as well. Interestingly, when 'Son of Sardar' was released in 2012, it clashed with Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan', which was a romantic film. Now, Son of Sardar 2 is going to clash with a romantic film this time too.
