News Topical, Digital Desk : UP News: Dozens of families in Aligarh's village Chilkora are on the verge of becoming homeless, due to which all of them have reached the District Collectorate Aligarh and protested fiercely. People say that some people are showing government land in a wrong way, due to which they are not even able to leave their homes.

Now the common people are bearing the brunt of this, they have been occupying those houses for 40 years after getting the deed done. The matter is pending in the court, but dozens of people have pleaded for help from the government and administration. Some people have planned to forcibly evict them from their homes, regarding which they have met the officials and have also submitted memorandums to them. In which they have demanded that such people should be reined in.

Actually the whole matter is of Chilkora village located in Tehsil Kol of district Aligarh, where Bharatiya Kisan Union Sunil group had staged a massive protest. After which they had demanded to vacate the government land but people have built houses on that place after getting the deed done. People say that the youth from whom they had bought the land had also got the deed done but after that the land is now being called government land. But in reality, at the time when the deed of the land was done by them, that land was not government land, but how did that land suddenly become government land, they have appealed to the administration for help regarding this.

Regarding this entire matter, senior Congress leader Engineer Aga Yunus said that the land for which Bhartiya Kisan Sunil group is continuously protesting belongs to the farmers. The farmers had bought this land 40 years ago by saving every penny but every day the land mafia wants to grab the land of the people living here, whereas these farmers have the right over this land and they have the deeds on it. The matter of this land is pending in the court, the administration is working under the pressure of some land mafia. They will keep protesting as far as they have to go regarding this land.

ADM City Amit Kumar Bhatt has assured action after investigation to the families protesting at the District Collectorate Aligarh regarding this entire matter. Amit Kumar Bhatt says that further action will be taken as per the rules and for now, action has been assured after investigation in the entire matter.
