The child, named 'Shri Shri', was separated from his parents and was very frightened. Singer Sonu Nigam is seen in this viral video, comforting the child by holding his hand. To calm the child, Sonu Nigam informed the parents about their lost child not by speaking directly, but by singing a song.
When Sonu Nigam was searching for the parents of a lost child in the crowd, he created a musical moment by saying, "Shri Sai come, Mummy-Papa take him away... His Mummy-Papa are lost, come quickly and take him away." Relieving the boy's nervousness, he said, "Papa-Mummy are having fun without you." The child replied innocently, "Papa is not there." Sonu Nigam asked, "If Papa-Mummy are not there, then who has come? Who are we looking for?" The boy immediately replied, "Chachu." Sonu Nigam then sang a song in a playful manner and called his uncle on the stage.
