These students, who attend Sage University, had vandalized and attempted to uproot an SBI ATM in Barkhedi Pathani. They used a junior student's car in the incident, which led the police to their discovery.

According to Govindpura police station in-charge Awadhesh Singh Bhadoria, the junior student revealed during interrogation that his college senior, 23-year-old Abhishek Tripathi, a resident of Nai Basti Jail Road, Satna, had borrowed the car to go to a party. Abhishek further stated that he and his classmate, Adarsh ​​Patel, a resident of Chhindwara, and 19-year-old Manish Kushwaha, a resident of Katara Hills, had committed the crime.

Why did you take the path of crime?

Manish is an eighth-grader, while Adarsh ​​is pursuing engineering in cyber security. A cyber fraud case has already been filed against them. Police have arrested Manish, but Adarsh ​​is absconding. Before the ATM robbery, the accused also plotted to rob a private company manager and a bullion trader, but failed. They had turned to crime due to drug addiction and debt.
