News Topical, Digital Desk : A shocking incident has emerged from Mexico. A 14-year-old girl died after allegedly undergoing breast surgery. Her father claims he was not informed about the procedure.

The Sun reported that the teenager has been identified as Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo. An investigation has been launched following the father's claims.

Know the whole matter

According to reports, the teenager died on September 20th, about a week after the surgery. However, her death certificate lists respiratory problems as the cause of death. However, the deceased teenager's father claims that the cosmetic surgery was responsible for his daughter's death.

The deceased's father, Carlos, says the cause of death was listed as illness on her death certificate in an attempt to conceal the truth. He even claims he wasn't aware of his daughter's surgery until the funeral. His suspicions grew when he saw the scars on her body and discovered breast implants.

Father expressed suspicion on officials

The deceased's father also expressed strong suspicion of the officials. He said, "The officials immediately gave me the death certificate. I don't understand how they processed it so quickly."

The teenager's father has subsequently filed a complaint demanding accountability. He said, “I demand that all those responsible be investigated.”

Officers engaged in investigation

Mexican authorities confirmed the case and said they were investigating the circumstances surrounding Paloma's death and the alleged operation. It is not yet clear where or under what circumstances the procedure was performed.
