News Topical, Digital Desk : The Bharatiya Janata Party is making foolproof preparations for the upcoming assembly elections. With Mission 2027 in focus, the party is fully activating its organization from the grassroots level to the digital platform.
Under this strategy, the divisional-level training campaign has been completed, and now preparations are in full swing to organize training classes at the district level. The party leadership plans to complete the district-level training by May, so that workers can be deployed to the ground with full capacity for the election campaign from June.
The training class will include district officials, active workers, and prominent figures from various fronts. While the training will be completed over two days, it has been structured to provide workers with a practical understanding of every aspect of election strategy. This time, the BJP is not limiting its election preparations to mere slogans, but is integrating them into a systematic and planned training model.
The objective of this training based on seven major subjects is to make the workers ideologically clear, organisationally disciplined and technically proficient, so that they enter the field not only as propagandists but also as strategic warriors.
"Booth management" has been placed at the center of the election strategy. To further sharpen the BJP's "If you win a booth, you win the election" formula, workers will be trained at the booth level in the skills of voter contact, beneficiary communication, increasing vote percentage, and micro-management. Considering each booth as a crucial unit for victory, workers will be clearly assigned their responsibilities, strengthening the election machinery at the grassroots level.
Traditional public relations methods are also being presented in a new way. Strategies for establishing direct communication with voters through "Mann Ki Baat," Tiffin Meetings, and booth-level events will be explained. Additionally, a plan for disseminating the schemes and achievements of the central and state governments to every household and converting them into support will also be an important part of the training.
Special focus on the digital front:
Given the rapidly growing digital role in the electoral landscape, the BJP is placing special emphasis on internet media and AI-based campaigning. Training sessions will teach workers how to craft social media narratives, respond quickly to opposition attacks, and effectively disseminate positive propaganda. The party's goal is for every worker to be as active on digital platforms as they are on the ground.
