According to a MATRIZE-IANS opinion poll, Nitish Kumar's party, the JDU, could win 60-65 seats. In the 2020 assembly elections, the JDU won 43 seats. This means that the JDU's seat count appears to be increasing. 

Will RJD's seats decrease or increase?

Regarding the RJD, the largest party in the Grand Alliance, opinion polls are projecting a 60-65 percent victory. In the last assembly elections, the RJD won 75 seats. This means the RJD's seat count appears to be declining. In the last assembly elections, the RJD emerged as the largest party.

How will Congress perform?

Opinion polls predict a possible 7-10 seat win for Congress this time. Last time, Congress won 19 assembly seats. According to the survey, Congress's seat count appears to be declining.

If we look at the seat figures in terms of vote share, BJP can get 21 percent, JDU 18 percent, RJD 36 percent and Congress 8 percent votes.
