However, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath dominated the discussion regarding a decision he made. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge discussed a decision of the Yogi government.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also launched a scathing attack on the Bihar government at the " Ati Pichhda Nyay Sankalp " event . However, during this event, Rahul Gandhi also discussed the caste-related decisions of the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh.
During the CWC meeting in Patna, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that history bears witness that the Congress government granted constitutional protection to 69% reservation for the people of Tamil Nadu 30 years ago. However, the double -engine government here has failed to achieve this, as evidenced by the fact that PM Modi himself does not want Bihar to progress. Kharge said that the most bizarre thing was done by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, who considers himself the successor to the Prime Minister. He first wrote an article opposing reservations, and now he has banned rallies held in the name of castes.
The Congress president asked, "Will the Prime Minister tell the country that on one hand we are talking about conducting a caste census, and on the other hand, you, the Chief Minister, are talking about jailing those who take to the streets to protest the injustice and oppression they face. Is this right? Is this fair? We should tell the public how he intends to rule this country."
Did you see what happened in Uttar Pradesh?
At the same time , in the program of 'Atipichhda Nyay Sankalp ' , Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said that we want to conduct caste census because we want to separate the wheat from the chaff and want to show what is the population of Dalits, extremely backward and backward classes in this country. The entire country should know what is the population of minorities , tribals and poor general caste , that is our ideology. On the other hand, I don't know whether you have seen or not, did you see what happened in Uttar Pradesh? You saw that now caste based protest is prohibited in Uttar Pradesh. On one side there is that thinking and on the other side there is our thinking. Why did we come here today, because we want to give a vision to the extremely backward class .
What is the decision of the Yogi government?
The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh recently made a significant decision . According to the Yogi government's order, caste will not be mentioned in police records, government documents, public places, or social media. The government has also ordered a ban on political or public rallies, conferences, and gatherings in the name of caste.
