Rail India Technical and Economic Service Limited (RITES) said on Friday that it has received a letter of intent from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) to provide design and project management consultancy (PMC) services as well as construction of a large-scale manufacturing facility for EM SBU at BEL's Palasamudram unit in Andhra Pradesh. How much is the contract worth? Excluding GST and PMC charges, this contract of Rs 177.225 crore will be completed in a period of 24 months from the date of agreement. This is a domestic contract given by Bharat Electronics and includes extensive responsibilities including design, PMC service and facility construction. RITES Share Price RITES Stock Price closed 3.27 percent down at Rs 264.70 on Friday. It has fallen 3.45 percent in 5 days and 5.11 percent in 1 month. At the same time, it has increased by 3.97 percent in the last 6 months. However, it has declined 20.65 per cent in a 1-year period and the stock has gained 115.64 per cent in the last 5 years. RITES Q4 results In the fourth quarter, engineering firm RITES Ltd's net profit grew 3.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 141 crore. Revenue during the period declined 4.3 per cent to Rs 615 crore compared to last year. RITES' EBITDA grew 5.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 185.5 crore, while margins increased 564 basis points to 30 per cent compared to last year. The company also declared a final dividend for the financial year 2025, which was Rs 2.65 per share.
