Passing out from Khair College was considered a matter of pride.

The students of Khair College are making the name of the college famous in the country and abroad. The number of people who have become engineers and doctors after studying here is countless. Khair College is also represented in administrative services. Today everything is lost. This college was established in 1946 by Khair Sahib.

Out of 49 teachers, only 8 are working today, there is a huge shortage of teachers and amidst all this, a controversy has arisen again regarding the appointment of a teacher. For the last one year, the managerial dispute has tarnished the image of the college and now the appointment of a lecturer has given birth to a new controversy.

Questions arising on teacher recruitment

Efforts are being made to bring the dying education system back on track, but all efforts have proved futile so far. Today the situation is such that neither teachers are left in the college nor the crowd of students is visible. The manager of the same college, Hamidullah Khan alias Babbu Khan, has met the commissioner and made a complaint, which has created a stir.

In his complaint, the manager has raised questions about the appointment of a lecturer in his own college. Manager Hamidullah has alleged that Javed Iqbal has been teaching as a mathematics teacher in Khair Inter College for many years. But his appointment is not correct. As soon as he came to know about this, he asked for the appointment letter from teacher Javed through the college principal, which he has not been able to give till now. On this basis, he has met the commissioner and requested him to investigate the entire matter.

While talking to the media, the manager alleged that teacher Javed got the job by getting an order from the then JD on the basis of the status of the High Court. The manager said that since Javed did not sign any order, then how did he get the job. This is a matter of investigation. But this is affecting the education system of the college a lot.

On the other hand, Mathematics lecturer Javed Iqbal has also presented his side and rejected all the allegations. Javed blamed the manager and said that he wants to ruin the college. He said that he was appointed on the orders of the manager.

The principal also raised questions on the management

When Khair Inter College Principal Faiz Alam was talked to regarding this entire controversy, he said that Javed Iqbal is a teacher in his college and he was appointed by the current manager Hamidullah and now he himself is calling the appointment fake, this is not acceptable.

The commissioner ordered an inquiry

When Basti Mandal Commissioner Akhilesh Singh was contacted in this matter, he said that a complaint has been received. The matter is serious and investigation is being done. Khair Inter College is the oldest and most prestigious college in the district. The manager has complained about the fake teacher. A team has been formed to investigate this matter and action will be taken on whatever facts come to light.
