News Topical, Digital Desk : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 on March 6, 2026. This year, the results brought immense pride and joy to the Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. Three promising young people from the district have brought glory not only to their families but to the entire district by succeeding in this prestigious examination.
Abhijeet secured AIR 294 in his first attempt.
First among these is Abhijeet Nandan Verma, who secured the 294th rank at the all-India level in his first attempt. Abhijeet completed his engineering studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. His father, Dr. Jagannath Verma, is the principal of an inter college, while his mother is a homemaker. Abhijeet attributes his success to hard work, discipline, and a thorough analysis of previous year question papers (PYQs).
Despite being employed as a BDO, he fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS officer.
The second successful candidate is Anupam Kumar Verma, a resident of Mubarakpur village in Barabanki district. Anupam also achieved remarkable success in this prestigious examination. Significantly, Anupam was currently employed as a Block Development Officer (BDO) in Uttar Pradesh. His father is a farmer and his mother works as an education friend. Anupam was also selected for the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPCS) in 2022, but his goal was to become an Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He continued to work hard to achieve this goal and finally achieved his dream by succeeding in the UPSC 2025.
Meanwhile, Suyash Dwivedi, a third promising student from Barabanki district, has also secured a place in the final list of UPSC 2025. His achievement has brought joy to his family and the entire region. The success of these three young people has inspired other youth in the district that with hard work and dedication, any goal can be achieved.
