New Delhi: MG is preparing to bring the new electric car MG Windsor EV in the Indian market. This will be MG's third EV in India and it will be based on the Wuling Cloud EV sold in the global market. MG Windsor EV will be launched in India on September 11. Let's know what features it will come with.

MG Windsor EV: Design

Its body style is crossover and it has many great design differences with the donor model. It has a connected LED DRL strip on its fascia and headlights at the bottom. It has a minimalist and clean design from the side and rear. The connected LED tail lights given in it also enhance its futuristic look.

MG Windsor EV: Cabin

It can have an all-black cabin theme. It has bronze inserts all around the interior. Its recent teaser revealed that it will have a flat-bottom steering wheel and wooden trim inserts on the dashboard. Its rear seats will recline up to 135 degrees and come with a center armrest.

MG Windsor EV: Features

Features like a 15.6-inch touchscreen, 8.8-inch digital driver display and wireless phone charging can be seen in it. Along with this, there can also be electrically adjustable front seats and electric tailgate. It can have six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC) and 360-degree camera for the safety of passengers. Apart from this, there can also be a feature of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and automatic emergency braking.

MG Windsor EV: Battery

According to media reports, the India-spec Windsor EV may have a 38 kWh unit, which will give a range of up to 460 km. The claim being made about this may be slightly different. The battery installed in it will generate 136 PS of power and 200 Nm of peak torque.

MG Windsor EV: Price

Looking at the features available in it, it is expected that the ex-showroom price of MG Windsor EV can be up to Rs 20 lakh. It will be seen competing with vehicles like Tata Nexon EV and Mahindra XUV400 in India.
