How is Mangal Dosh formed?

According to astrological calculations, if Mars is placed in the first (ascendant), fourth, seventh, eighth, or twelfth house of a person's birth chart, it creates a "Mangal Dosha." The presence of Mars in these houses can affect marital life, health, and temperament.
