The actress said, "I am totally against Botox. I am in favor of self-defense, which includes staying healthy, feeling good and natural therapy. Self-defense means protecting yourself and your talent, because that is your weapon".

 

Kareena further added, "Self-care means taking holidays and spending time with friends and family. Doing things that are different from the set. It's better than getting injections and surgeries. That's what I do." 

 

Was Shefali taking treatment for five-six years? 

The police had said in its statement that Shefali Jariwala died due to low blood pressure. This report also claimed that during the police investigation, it was also suspected that the actress' self-medication and food poisoning could be the main reason for her death. Police sources said that Shefali was undergoing anti-aging treatment for the last five to six years and she had eaten stale rice that day.
