Abu Azmi attacks Fadnavis government
In response to a question, SP leader Abu Azmi said, "Congratulations to Kolkata Police on the arrest of Sharmishtha Panoli. Today, if any person insults any religion, religious leader, holy book or community, then strict anti-terrorism law should be implemented against him. This has always been the demand of Samajwadi Party. But the Maharashtra government has given free hand to those who spread hatred.
What did Abu Azmi say on the use of loudspeakers?
He alleged, "More than 34 cases have been registered against several ministers of the ruling party for hate speech and spreading poison in the society, but no one has been arrested till date. Loudspeakers are used equally in mosques, temples, churches, gurudwaras and festivals. Do the court's instructions apply only to Muslims? If the law is equal for everyone, then why is there objection only to the loudspeakers in mosques?"
We don't want a government that bows down to Trump - Abu Azmi
Abu Azmi also said, "We want to remind that the Prime Minister of our country is not Donald Trump, but Narendra Modi . Whatever Pakistan did to our country, shouldn't it have been given a full response? We want to tell Prime Minister Modi that the country needs a government with red eyes and a 56-inch chest - not one that bows down to Trump."
'Muslims are being killed after being asked about their religion'
He raised questions and said, " In Pahalgam , terrorists killed people after asking their religion, and here in our country, the ruling ministers and leaders are asking Muslims about their religion and doing business, and innocent people are being killed. What is the difference between them and terrorists?
