News Topical, Digital Desk : A DJ music vehicle returning from a wedding ceremony lost control and overturned near Saifullahganj market. A young man riding in the vehicle was crushed to death.
Rajkumar Prajapati, son of Vijay Kumar Prajapati of Ahimane, had gone to Lakhanpur in Gosaiganj on Tuesday to attend the wedding of Bajrangi Prajapati's son.
At around 1:30 a.m., the DJ was returning home in a vehicle with music. Near Saifullahganj, the vehicle went out of control and overturned. The young man was seriously injured. Gosaiganj police rushed the injured man to the Medical College Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
The other occupants of the vehicle fled the scene after the incident. Police informed the deceased's family about the incident. The father, Vijay Kumar Prajapati, used to drive a tow-rickshaw to support the family. The young man lived at home. His son's death took away the family's support.
This sudden incident has left father Vijay, mother Kesh Kumari, brother Deepak, and other family members inconsolable. Gosaiganj police station chief Akhilesh Singh said that the young man was taken to the Medical College Hospital after the incident. No complaint has been received yet. The DJ has been seized.
