They held the homeowner hostage at gunpoint and carried out the crime. The criminals stole 27 kilograms of silver from the house. Police are investigating the incident.

Homeowner Radheshyam said that his son is a worker in the Agra Chain Factory. He takes the goods to the second floor of the house and makes silver chains and other items with his family. On Friday night, two armed criminals entered the house by cutting the bars of the roof net. Radheshyam woke up at this. The criminals caught him on his cot. They took him hostage at gunpoint. After this, he opened the door of the house. Due to this, other criminals also entered the house.

Two miscreants held Radheshyam hostage

Two criminals held Radheshyam hostage, while the others went to the upper floor of the house and carried out the robbery. He said the criminals stole 23.5 kilograms of silver from the factory and about four kilograms from the house.

The victim created a ruckus after the miscreants left.

After the assailants left, the victim raised an alarm, alerting the people sleeping in the house. According to the victim, there were six assailants. Based on the victim's information, Etmaddaula police arrived at the scene and investigated.

Inspector Devendra Kumar Dubey said that an investigation is underway. CCTV footage from the surrounding area is also being examined. The crime will be solved soon.
