In view of this, the Yogi government is now building a modern and luxurious VVIP guest house in Ayodhya, in which the Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Governor, Union Minister, foreign guests, ambassadors, industrialists and other special guests will be able to stay.
This VVIP guest house is being constructed in Majha Mirpur area, which will be spread over an area of about 14,510 square meters. It is being prepared under EPC mode (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), the total cost of which has been estimated at Rs 9,375.46 lakh. This work has been handed over to the Public Works Department and it has been targeted to be completed by November 2026. Let us tell you that its construction work has started in May 2025 itself. There will be 47 suites and 77 rooms in this guest house, while its complete arrangement will be in 6 different blocks.
Know what will be special
This guest house will have 47 luxurious suites and 77 modern standard rooms. It has been designed in a total of 6 blocks (A to F). A block will have special rooms and offices for the Prime Minister, Chief Minister and Governor. B block will be residential, which will have all the necessary facilities including yoga hall, cafeteria, dining hall, kitchen, management office, shops, and parking. C block is being built as a dormitory, while D, E and F blocks will have facilities like service, security and lawn.
Along with this, this guest house will have security arrangements like state-of-the-art CCTV, fire safety and emergency evacuation. Along with this, special attention is also being paid to energy conservation and water management. A separate substation is also being built for electricity. All the needs like greenery, water fountain and parking are also being taken care of.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath , Ayodhya is emerging not just as a pilgrimage but also as a global tourist center. The Ram temple has been inaugurated and thousands of devotees are arriving for darshan every day. At the same time, the President, Prime Minister, Ministers, saints, actors and industrialists are also coming here regularly. The construction of this VVIP guest house will not only provide better accommodation to these guests, but will also strengthen the international image of Ayodhya.
