News Topical, Digital Desk : The commercial tower being built by Danube Group, named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, has been completely sold out. The 110,000-square-foot premium commercial tower has been fully sold for over ₹5,000 crore. It's worth noting that there is a huge demand for office space in Dubai.
Dubai-based Danube Properties is building the 'SHAHRUKHZ by Danube' commercial tower on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road at a cost of approximately ₹3,500 crore. At an event held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre late Tuesday night, Danube Group founder and chairman Rizwan Sajjan announced that the tower had sold out. Shah Rukh Khan himself was present at the event. Around 7,000 people, including several real estate brokers, attended the event. The company recorded sales of AED 2.1 billion (over ₹5,000 crore) from the tower, significantly exceeding initial estimates. Shah Rukh Khan said on the occasion, "It's an honor for me to have my name on such a major project in Dubai. It also symbolizes what vision and generosity can create. Dubai has always felt very close to me; it's a city that inspires courage, imagination, and the belief that nothing is impossible."
