As per their terms and conditions candidates must be ready to do the below mentioned points -
- Accept compensation from day one...this requirement is negotiable.

- Describe the role and value so I can prepare for interview questions
- Speak to our HR team as I don't get paid for screening candidates
- He further said, "Carry the title of Chief of What? Keep the title for 6 months (thick skinned test)"
Mittal urged the candidates to apply before he changes his mind. Mittal further said, "If you are ready to walk this path, ready to be ridiculed by the crowd in the hope that we will join them someday and find out if you are really the Chief of something while I take credit for all your work, then write to ChiefOfWhat@peopleinteractive.in and hope I don't change my mind."
