Why does sore throat occur (Sore Throat In Winter)
Doctors say that problems related to throat or upper respiratory system increase with the onset of winter. There can be many reasons for this, which include the following-
- Low temperatures which promote the growth of microorganisms or viral particles.
- During this time, there are often a lot of wedding parties, due to which there are a lot of gatherings and public events. In such a situation, when people go to crowded places, markets or parties, there is a high possibility of coming in close contact with each other and many of them may have this infection, which can also catch you.
- Apart from this, pollution is also at its peak during this time, due to which people often fall prey to cough and other related problems. Also, this can also cause a sore throat .
Protect yourself like this-
Sore throat or irritation may not cause fever, but if you have viral fever , it can turn into bacterial fever. People with weak immunity may develop more of these. In such a situation, to avoid this, eating or drinking very cold things in any form can cause this problem. Therefore, to avoid this, give preference to warm liquids. People with low immunity should make it a habit to gargle. Also, all asthma patients should take medicines like nebulizer and inhaler regularly.
