Congress has also released the first list of candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections. The party has fielded 31 candidates in the first list. The special thing is that wrestler Vinesh Phogat will contest from Julana seat.

Julana assembly seat is very special for Vinesh Phogat. Actually, Vinesh Phogat's in-laws are in Bakhta Kheda village. Which comes under Julana assembly seat. This seat is dominated by Jats. Talking about her maternal home, Balali village comes under Charkhi-Dadri assembly constituency. 

Vinesh Phogat joined the party on Friday after meeting Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Bajrang Punia has also joined the party along with her. 

Vinesh will contest her first election from her in-laws' place

This is Vinesh Phogat's first election and she is starting her political innings from her in-laws' place i.e. Julana. There is no doubt that the people of Julana love her a lot as a wrestler. Now it remains to be seen whether her in-laws help her win from Julana or not.

What did Vinesh say about joining Congress?

After joining the Congress party in Delhi, Vinesh Phogat said that when no one will be there for her sisters, then Congress and she will be with them. The fight is not over yet, the fight is still on. The matter is still in court, we will win that fight too.
