Vidhu Vinod Chopra shouted at Sonali
The actress told that once Vidhu Vinod Chopra shouted badly at her. In an interview given to Siddharth Kannan, Sonali said, 'We were shooting in Srinagar and he shouted badly at me. We stayed in Nehru Guest House and it was very cold there. I was also having fever. These people did not shoot with me for two days. We used to have a meeting every day. So one day I told Vidhu Vinod Chopra in the meeting that I have not done any shooting for the day, can you send me back.'
On this, Vidhu Vinod Chopra said, 'Are you crazy? Do you think I will let you go from here?' Sonali said that after this I also shouted at him and asked when are you going to shoot my scene.
The actress decided to go back
Sonali further said, 'I had no idea at that time who I was talking to. All I knew was that if my scenes are not planned then let me go. When you have a plan then call me back. I did not think about the ticket price and all this.'
Sonali was suffering from fever
When Vidhu Vinod Chopra asked Sonali if she was mad, Sonali replied that she was not mad. She knew her lines and roles very well. After this, he called someone and said, give her something as she is having fever. After this, Sonali shot.
