Varanasi News: There was a stir today after the bodies of two brothers were found in Andhra Ashram under Bhelupur police station of Varanasi. The bodies of both the brothers were found hanging from the noose in the room of the ashram. Due to the door of the room not opening for several hours, a foul smell started coming, after which the manager of the ashram informed the nearest police station. As soon as the police reached the spot and opened the door, both the bodies were seen hanging from the noose. No suicide note has been found from the spot. At present, the body has been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem and the local police administration is investigating this case on every point.

According to the information received, two brothers from West Godavari of Andhra Pradesh committed suicide by hanging themselves in Andhra Ashram located in Mansarovar area under Bhelupur in Varanasi. One of them is said to be P. Lakshmi Narayana whose age was 34 years, and the other's name was Vinod Lok whose age was 32 years. 

Both the tourists were staying in the ashram since August 28

According to the information received from the manager of the ashram, both the tourists were staying in the ashram since August 28. They had stayed for the purpose of darshan pujan at the religious places of Kashi and were completely normal. There was no such situation from their behavior that they were under any stress. On Tuesday, the door of the room did not open, the cleaner who came for cleaning in the afternoon started smelling a foul smell. After which the manager informed the nearest police station Bhelupur. When the police reached the spot and opened the door, both were seen hanging on the noose. The police has taken the body in its possession and sent it for post-mortem.

This incident created a stir in the district, people started discussing the reason why these two hanged themselves. There are also speculations that the tourists from South India might have taken this step in the hope of salvation. Apart from this, some people also say that due to poor financial condition, both the brothers can take such a step. At present, the real reason behind this incident has not been known yet. In such a situation, the police is investigating this matter on every basis.
