UP Politics: Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and National President of Samajwadi Party Akhilesh Yadav has taken a dig at the rebel MLAs of the party. While taking a dig, the SP Chief has also given a political message to the MLAs. Akhilesh Yadav was silent on the rebels for the past several months.

The SP chief broke his silence when three rebel SP MLAs met Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Home Minister Amit Shah . The rebel MLAs who met the Home Minister include Abhay Singh, MLA from Gosainganj, Rakesh Pratap Singh, MLA from Gauriganj and Vinod Chaturvedi, MLA from Kalpi.

After the meeting of the three MLAs, Akhilesh made a cryptic post which is believed to be for the rebels. The Kannauj MP wrote - He who betrays his own door, wanders from door to door.

Actually, the matter of the meeting of the rebel SP MLAs came to light when Abhay Singh shared the photo. Kalpi MLA and Gauriganj MLA are also seen in this photo. Apart from this, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Seth from BJP was also present.

Let us tell you that before the Lok Sabha elections in the year 2024, voting was held for 10 Rajya Sabha seats in UP. In this, SP had fielded 3 candidates and BJP had fielded 8 candidates. In this, about 8 MLAs of SP changed sides and voted in favor of Bharatiya Janata Party.

These MLAs had also rebelled.
Apart from the above three rebels, there were some other MLAs from Unchahar including Manoj Pandey, Pooja Pal, Rakesh Pandey. On the day of voting for the Rajya Sabha elections, pictures of these MLAs were also seen showing the victory sign with Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak.

After the Lok Sabha elections were over and SP won the maximum number of seats in the state, it was claimed that the rebel MLAs wanted to return. However, sources had claimed at that time that Akhilesh has put a full stop on the re-entry of all the rebels into SP.
