Etawah. In Etawah, UP, on Sunday night, a man strangled his wife to death. After this, he hanged himself to death. On the information of the relatives, the police and forensic team reached the spot and took the bodies into custody. Before committing suicide, the man made a video and sent it to his relatives, in which he blamed his family and in-laws and held the neighbour responsible for having an illicit relationship with his wife. Police said that the matter is being investigated.

The case is from the village Nagla Chainsukh of Saifai area. Avnish alias Manoj Yadav was a truck driver. He was married to Sonam Yadav in 2015 and has a seven-year-old son. Suspecting an illicit relationship, Manoj first strangled his wife to death on Sunday night and then committed suicide by hanging himself.

There were frequent arguments over the illicit relationship with a neighbouring youth

In the video made by Manoj before committing suicide, he has accused his neighbour Jaiveer Singh, who is employed as a constable in the police, of having an illicit relationship with his wife and is also holding Avneesh Jaiveer responsible for the death of both.
