Banda News: In Banda, UP, three youths died of suffocation due to poisonous gas coming out of a well while trying to retrieve their slippers that had fallen into it. After the death of three youths of the same village, a pall of gloom has descended on the entire village. On receiving information about the incident, the local police reached the spot. The police have done a spot panchnama of all the three bodies and sent them for postmortem. The police have also registered a case and started investigation.

The whole incident is of Baragaon village of Bisanda police station area of ​​the district where a farmer named Anil Patel was doing agricultural work in the field. Then his slippers fell into the well near the field due to slipping of his feet. As soon as he went inside the well to take out the slippers, he fell unconscious due to the poisonous gas coming out of the well. To take Anil out of the well, two youths named Rajaram and Bala Verma, who were working in the field nearby, also went down into the well but both of them also got affected by the poisonous gas and fell unconscious. On which the villagers informed the police about the matter.

On receiving the information of the incident, the police reached the spot and with the help of the villagers, took out the three youths from the well and immediately admitted them to the medical college. Where the doctors declared them dead after examining their health. The police has taken the three bodies into custody and sent them for post-mortem. Along with this, the police has started investigating the whole case. Local people say that the well in which the accident happened was very old and was dry. Due to which poisonous gas was being formed in it, due to which the youths died.

Superintendent of Police Ankur Agarwal says that information was received from Baragaon of Bisanda police station area that three people had fallen unconscious inside a well. After getting the information, police force along with police and administrative officials were immediately sent there. Seeing the situation at the spot, it was suspected that this accident happened due to poisonous gas, due to which the team went down with oxygen cylinders.

All three youths were immediately taken out and sent to the medical college. Where the doctors declared all three dead after examination. He said that prima facie the case seems to be due to suffocation caused by poisonous gas. The rest of the case is being investigated thoroughly. He said that whatever relief amount is to be given by the government to the families of the deceased will be provided to the family immediately.
