A sensational case has come to light from Kannauj in UP. Where a man left Etawah in an auto with his wife and daughter on Thursday evening after being released from jail after 9 years. During this, an uncontrolled Fortuner car hit the auto in Talgram police station area on the Agra Lucknow Expressway. In this accident, the father and daughter riding the auto died on the spot. While the wife was seriously injured. The young man remained in jail for 9 years.

Vijay Kumar, 55, a resident of Paddavanpurva in Kotwali Gursahaiganj area, was serving life imprisonment in a murder case since 2016. His brother Rambabu said that recently he got bail on appeal in the High Court and came out of jail after about nine years. His wife Ishwarwati (50) and daughter Shubhi (18) had gone with auto driver Sohail, a resident of Sausrapur in Kotwali Gursahaiganj, to pick him up from Etawah jail. While returning to the village with him from there on Thursday evening, when they reached near Musafirpur village at km number 168 of the expressway in Talgram police station area.

Then car driver Shubham Tripathi, resident of Ashok Nagar Cantt police station of Allahabad, hit the auto from behind with his car. Due to which auto driver Sohail and Vijay Kumar, his wife Ishwarivati ​​and daughter Shubhi were seriously injured. The injured were admitted to Medical College Tirwa with the help of ambulance. There Vijay Kumar and his daughter Shubhi were declared dead. While his wife and auto driver were referred to Kanpur in critical condition.

He was serving sentence in a murder case of 2012. In 2012, he shot dead Chhote Lal, a resident of Paddavanpurva village. He was sentenced to imprisonment in the murder case. Ram Bahadur and Chhabiram were released from jail in 2018 on appeal in the case. While Vijay and Rambabu were still in jail. Rambabu was released on appeal just 15 days back. All of them were shifted from Kannauj jail to Etawah jail in two years. Vijay was released from jail on Thursday on appeal. He was coming home with his wife and daughter and became a victim of the accident.

High speed took the lives of father and daughter. According to eyewitnesses, the speed of the car was very high at the time of the accident. People say that the uncontrolled car hit the auto from behind, if the speed of the car had been less then perhaps the accident could have been avoided.
