The video shows that the man wearing a surgical mask suddenly grabbed the nurse and attacked her with a large knife. The nurse immediately defended herself and managed to hold the attacker's hand. The hospital staff also came to her rescue and calmed down the situation before it got worse.

The accused has been identified as Prakash Jadhav. He allegedly wanted to marry the nurse, but she refused. Angered by her refusal, Prakash attacked her in a fit of rage. He was arrested on the day of the attack and a case has been registered against him under sections related to attempt to murder.

In a similar incident, a 26-year-old teacher at a government school in Tamil Nadu was killed by a man who wanted to marry her. He allegedly killed her after she refused to marry him. The incident took place on November 20 in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu.
