He showed the birth certificate of Masih's daughter in the court. Also presented is the marriage certificate dated October 10, 2023. When Express Tribune spoke to Masih's daughter, the entire matter came to light. The girl said that the suspicious neighbor had taken her and got her to sign the marriage documents. He lied to the girl that if she did so, he would take her to the water park. After hearing all the evidence and the statement of the girl, the court rejected Sarfaraz's petition and ordered the police to take action against him, his mother, and a person who was a witness at the wedding.

Along with this, Minister Ramesh Singh Arora came to meet Salih Masih after learning about this shocking incident. Also asked the police to register a case against the suspects.
