The company has informed after the stock market closed on Friday that the company's Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person (KMP) Rakesh Aggarwal has resigned from his post. According to the company, Rakesh Aggarwal's resignation will be effective from November 10, 2024. The company said in the information sent to the stock market that information regarding filling his post will be shared with the stock market soon. Metropolis Healthcare's stock saw a rise in Friday's trading.
CFO Rakesh Agarwal wrote in his resignation that he is resigning from his post due to personal priorities. He resigned from his post on 11 October. He was in this post for 5 years and will continue to fulfill the responsibility by appointing a new officer. His resignation will be effective from 10 November. In Friday's trading, the company's stock closed at 2273 with a gain of 0.7 percent on BSE. During trading, the stock had reached the level of 2291. The stock is currently close to its year's highest level of 2306. The stock was below the level of 1500 a year ago. That is, during this period the stock has given a return of 54 percent to its investors.
