Stock Market Closing: Investors have got a chance to be very happy in today's trading of the Indian market. On Friday, a bumper jump was seen in the stock market and the BSE Sensex closed with a jump of about 850 points. In today's trade, the NSE Nifty also gained 611 points from the lower level and the jump of 2000 points from the lower level of the Sensex filled the market with enthusiasm.
On the last trading day of the week, due to strength in FMCG and IT sectors, the bear trend in the first half made the market happy and in the second half, the bulls gave the market an opportunity to be happy. Nifty Bank closed with a gain of more than 400 points. Among the rising and falling stocks of NSE, 1004 stocks rose and 1406 stocks closed with a decline.

On Friday, the BSE Sensex closed at 82,133.12 with a gain of 843.16 points or 1.04 percent. The NSE Nifty closed at 24,768.30 with a gain of 219.60 points or 0.89 percent.

Among the Sensex stocks, Bharti Airtel, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HUL, Titan, UltraTech Cement stocks saw the most gains. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 26 closed with a gain and only 4 stocks closed with a loss. Tata Steel, IndusInd Bank, JSW Steel and Bajaj Finserv stocks saw a decline.

The market capitalization of BSE is at Rs 459.40 lakh crore and a significant increase is seen in it. 4105 stocks closed on BSE and 1827 stocks rose. 2165 stocks declined and 113 stocks closed without any change. The stock market will now open for a new trading session on Monday.
