NTPC Green Energy informed after the market closed on Monday that NTPC Green Energy has signed an MoU with Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company. The purpose of this agreement is to cooperate in the field of renewable energy by setting up projects in the state. This MoU talks about cooperation in the field of renewable energy through the establishment of a solar/wind/hybrid product with or without storage capacity of 20 GW or more in Madhya Pradesh.

According to the exchange filing, "To cooperate in the development of renewable energy parks/projects and facilitate the efforts of the Government of India towards energy transition, an MoU has been signed between NTPC Green Energy Limited and Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL) at the Global Investor Summit, 2025 held in Bhopal on February 24, 2025." Stock performance On Monday, the company's stock closed down 6.11 per cent at Rs 99.10. On the basis of the last one year, the company's stock has seen a decline of 18.54 per cent.
