Mathura News: The Allahabad High Court today heard the Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee's re-call petition in the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute. Through the re-call petition, the mosque committee challenged the decision to hear the fifteen cases filed by the Hindu side together. The Allahabad High Court's order of January 11 has been challenged in the petition. In today's hearing, both sides presented their arguments.

After the arguments of all the parties in this case were completed, the court has reserved its judgment. The court's decision is expected in two weeks. In today's hearing, Supreme Court senior advocates Tasneem Ahmadi and Mahmood Pracha presented arguments on behalf of the Muslim side. They said that the cases cannot be consolidated before the trial begins. This decision is not fair.

The Muslim side said that in the Mathura matter ,
the cases were consolidated even before the maintainability of the cases was decided. Saurabh Tiwari, Prabhash Pandey, Mahendra Pratap Singh and other advocates presented arguments from the Hindu side. The Hindu side said that the Shahi Idgah Committee wants to delay the case deliberately. That is why it is filing unnecessary applications. The case was heard in the single bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain.

In the recall petition of Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee, it has been said that the decision given on the maintainability of the cases without a decision on this point is illegal. If the court's decision comes in favor of Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee, then the decision given on August 1 regarding the maintainability of the cases may also be affected. In its August 1 decision, the High Court had considered the petitions of the Hindu side worthy of hearing and rejected the objection of the Muslim side.
