Akhilesh Yadav: Things seem to be working out between the Congress and the Samajwadi Party regarding the Haryana assembly elections. SP President Akhilesh Yadav has indicated this. He claimed that India Alliance is ready to write the history of unity. This is not the time for any party to explore political possibilities but for sacrifice. Akhilesh Yadav wrote on his social media account X- 'The unity of 'INDIA ALLIANCE' is capable of writing a new history in the Haryana elections. We have said many times and are repeating it once again and will repeat it in the future too that 'it is not about seats but about victory'. Whichever party of 'India Alliance' is capable of defeating the 'negative, communal, divisive politics of BJP', which is against the development and harmony of Haryana, we will join the power of our organization and supporters with it.'

Akhilesh Yadav gave these indications.

He said- It is not a matter of fielding candidates on two-four seats, it is a matter of understanding the pain and suffering of the people and freeing them from the corrupt politics of manipulation of the BJP, along with the true development of Haryana and the welfare of the people. In the last 10 years, the BJP has pushed the development of Haryana back by 20 years. 

We believe that for us or any party of India Alliance, this is not the time to explore our political possibilities but to sacrifice. There is no place for selfishness on the path of public welfare. Cunning and selfish people can never make their name in history. This moment is a historic opportunity to rise above ourselves to defeat the politics of such people. We are ready for every sacrifice with a big heart for the welfare of Haryana. India Alliance calls for change in public interest!

Akhilesh Yadav's statement has created a political stir. After the SP president spoke about the unity and sacrifice of the All India Alliance, there are speculations that the SP may distance itself from the Haryana elections. Earlier it was being said that the SP will share seats with Congress in UP only if the Congress agrees to give them seats in Haryana and Maharashtra elections.
