According to the story of Rishi Panchami, a farmer and his wife lived in a city. Once his wife became menstruating, but despite knowing this, she continued with her work. Due to which she got a curse, since her husband also came in contact with her during this time, he also became a victim of this curse, due to which both of them became animals in the next birth. The wife was born as a bitch, while the husband became a bull.

The son heard everything

Apart from this, both of them had no other fault, so they remembered everything about their previous life. In this form, both of them started living in their son's house. One day, a Brahmin came to the son's house and his wife cooked food for the Brahmins. But during this time, a lizard fell into the kheer, which his mother saw.

To save her son from committing brahmahatya, she put her mouth in kheer, but seeing this act of the bitch, the daughter-in-law got very angry and she beat her and threw her out of the house. When she was telling all this to her husband in the form of a bull at night, her son heard all their words. Then he went to a sage and asked for a solution.
