At the same time, Ali Kashif also said in the case filed by Sameer, 'The law says that when some truth is spoken about a public servant for the public good, it is not defamation. Ali Kashif Khan says that Sameer's petition will be given a befitting reply in the court. The lawyer said, 'If Sameer Wankhede proves that this is defamation, then I am ready to pay him Rs 11 lakh in this case.'
