New Delhi: Rajkumar Hirani is known for many great films in Bollywood. The filmmaker has given films like Sanju, Munnabhai, Three Idiots and PK. Now recently the producer has unveiled the third installment of the film Munna Bhai MBBS.

How ready is Munnabhai's story?

Actually Hirani was present at the launch event of Indian Express' Screen magazine in Mumbai where he discussed about his first hit film Munna Bhai MBBS. Actually, while answering a question from the audience, Hirani said that I have not one but five scripts but all are incomplete. I have spent 6 months writing scripts and have reached the interval but am not able to move beyond it. I have Munna Bhai LLB, Munna Bhai Chal Bashe, Munna Bhai Chale America and many more. The biggest challenge of this is that one of your stories should be better than the next.

sanjay dutt can threaten me

Hirani said that he will definitely bring the third part of Munnabhai. He jokingly said that I am afraid that Sanju i.e. Sanjay Dutt can come to my house and threaten me to make the next film as soon as possible. He said that Sanjay Dutt really wants to do this film.

The Munnabhai franchise is one of the most iconic series in Indian cinema. It is full of humour, social commentary and a heartwarming story. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the series began in 2003 with Munnabhai M.B.B.S. starring Sanjay Dutt as Munnabhai and Arshad Warsi as Circuit. The film revolves around Mumbai underworld don Munna, who becomes a fake doctor to fulfil his father's dreams.

Talking about Rajkumar Hirani, he has a tremendous record to his name. He has not given a single flop film at the box office. His latest release of the year 2023 was Shah Rukh Khan's Donkey.
